Enrollment Data Privacy Agreement
The Bigscreen Beyond Eyetracking Client (BBETC) software features a process called Enrollment, which captures infrared images of your eyes to provide you a personal model to use for eyetracking and to train and improve our tracking software. By completing the Enrollment process and uploading your data, you agree to the terms outlined in this Data Privacy Agreement.
What We Collect
When choosing to Enroll, users agree to the capture, upload, and secure server storage of infrared images from the BS2E eyetracking cameras for the sole purpose of supporting eyetracking functionality in compatible VR software (VRChat, etc.)
When you use the software and choose to enroll:
• We collect infrared images from the eyetracking cameras during an interactive 3-minute enrollment process in VR.
• This data is uploaded to our servers and securely stored before processing.
• After processing, a new personal model will be available in the BBETC software which would enable eyetracking for the uploading user in compatible software (VRChat, etc.)
The data collected, as outlined above, will not be sold nor shared with any third parties.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
• Request access to your personal data.
• Request deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw from participation at any time.

Please note that if you request deletion of your data, the ability to download new eyetracking models or the ability to perform enrollment will not be available. Any personal models you previously used can be accessed offline.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate steps to secure your data during transmission, storage, and processing. This includes:
• Encryption of data in transit and at rest.
• Strict access control and authentication mechanisms.
Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in legal or operational requirements. You will be notified of significant changes in the Bigscreen Beyond Eyetracking Client software and will be required to re-consent where applicable.
Consent
By enrolling and uploading your data, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and consent to the collection, use, and protection of your data as described.
